Due to the nature of the products, I do not accept cancellations or give refunds. Once a item is paid for, the money goes back into the my business for supplies, etc..
I also can not do exchanges once the product has been shipped. There are too many factors to consider once the item leaves my shop.
I CAN NOT be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once I drop the item off at the post office or UPS, its out of my hands.
